There are many variations of this recipe, but my husband's favorite goes as follows:
Combine the following ingredients, chill for a few hours, and serve with tortilla chips
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- one jalapeno seeded and diced (small pieces!)
- about 3 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Juice of two limes
That's it! Couldn't be easier!
