Variations of Morning Basket

Happy FRIDAY! Today I chatted all about morning basket on my channel, and wanted to share three different variations from last week, If you watch my video first, this will make MUCH more sense ;) 




DAY 1
8:00 - Team captain leads us in prayer, pledge, and calendar time
8:05 - I read excerpt from Morning Exercises for all the Year
8:10 - Team captain leads us through hymn, memory verse, folk song, and books of the bible
8:20 - Musical Multiplication
8:30 - I introduce a new poem by our current poet, we discuss, enjoy formerly studied poems, narrate poet's life, etc.
8:40 - play with STEM toys while listening to last week's piece from our composer
8:50 - Map drill/adding a new state
9:00 - Picture Smart Bible lesson 
9:10 - All done!

DAY 2
8:00 - Team captain leads us in prayer, pledge, and calendar time
8:05 - I read excerpt from Morning Exercises for all the Year
8:10 - Team captain leads us through hymn, memory verse, folk song, and books of the bible
8:20 - Picture study - introduce new picture by our artist. Silently observe for 5 minutes, then discuss.
8:30 - Laying Down the Rails habit study
8:40 - Related activity/read a book about historical character/date mentioned earlier in Morning Exercises book
8:50 - Current events study, break off for ten minutes, reconvene to discuss
9:05 - All done!

DAY 3
8:00 - Team captain leads us in prayer, pledge, and calendar time
8:05 - I read excerpt from Morning Exercises for all the Year
8:10 - Team captain leads us through hymn, memory verse, folk song, and books of the bible
8:20 - Add a new line to our hymn/folk song, run through song in full
8:25 - One Set of Musical Multiplication
8:30 - Read about new piece by our composer, listen throughout day
8:40 - Map Drill
8:45 - Read missionary study
8:55 - Picture Smart Bible family lesson
9:05 - All done!
