Our verse of the week:
Oh yes, you shaped me first inside, then out. You knit me together in my mother's womb.
Yay! First week of Kindergarten is DONE. We made some great progress in our reading this week, and most importantly, BeeBop is confident that she can do it. Most of you already know - confidence of the child is what matters most when it comes to their ability to learn! We did scrap the day Thursday, because I saw some tears coming, and that is SO unnecessary when it comes to learning.

We started a new tradition this year - ICE CREAM DINNER on the night before school starts! Thankfully, the sugar rush knocked them out cold, so we were still able to wake up on time to start the next day.
My little mister Buzz is enjoying the chance to participate with morning activities, notebooks, and bible this year, and his sister is so proud and accommodating!
BeeBop also enjoyed some independent work boxes in the currently-under-construction craft room.
They love playing with each other so much, and I am so grateful to be able to have my kiddos under one roof during the day.
AND last but not least, we took a fun field trip to the grocery store with our home school group.
